Hello from Denver (USA)

This post comes from a group in Denver, Colorado in the USA!

Hello, we are a group of English language learners living in Denver, Colorado, in the United States. Our estimated population is 634,265. The population of our city is very diverse. In this particular group we have people from Mexico, China, and the Philippines.

In Denver, winters are long and we have snow storms. Sometimes snow covers houses, cars, and trees, and we get stuck in our houses for days. During winter, we enjoy hot soup, such as menudo and pozole, sometimes made of buffalo.

Before winter, we have a beautiful fall. The mountains covered with trees look like a mixture of yellow, brown, and green.

Denver is a source of different kinds of fruit. We have watermelons, cantaloupes, peaches, pears, cherries, and many more.

We love Denver and we are happily raising our children here.

We love Coca Cola too!

Thanks Denver! Stay warm this winter!
